Senior Analyst, Finance and Accounting (Toronto)

Role Summary

The Senior Analyst – Finance and Accounting manages a complex and high‑volume real estate portfolio, overseeing all aspects of general ledger accounting, reporting, cash management, and budgeting/forecasting. This role serves as the primary contact for property administrators, general managers, and external accountants, providing operational support and responding to ad‑hoc analysis requests. The Senior Analyst also records corporate and management reporting entries, facilitates audit processes, and contributes to portfolio strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
