The Senior Analyst will lead financial planning, analysis, and performance management for data center projects and operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, cost control, investment evaluation, and supports strategic decision-making for high-value infrastructure and digital projects.
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for data center projects.
- Develop financial models for new data center investments (CAPEX-heavy projects).
- Analyse revenue streams including colocation, cloud services, and leasing models.
- Monitor financial performance vs. budget and identify variances with actionable insights
- Partner with project managers and engineering teams to track project costs, timelines, and ROI.
