Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing

Position Summary

A Senior Digital Analyst (Supervisory) is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, loyalty performance, and transaction data to drive revenue growth and retention. The role focuses on connecting digital activity to actual customer transactions, generating insights on member acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. This includes tracking Solaire Rewards performance, evaluating campaign impact on real spend, and identifying opportunities to increase visitation, frequency, and on‑property revenue.

Relevant Skills

• CRM and Loyalty Analytics: Experience with CRM platforms, loyalty systems, or CDPs
