Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

Lightspeed Commerce (TSX/NYSE: LSPD) is growing and seeking a full‑time Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Development (M&A) team. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and focuses on driving strategic initiatives across the deal lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare business case summaries and recommendations for potential transactions (filtering inbound leads and sourcing outbound leads) for business unit leaders, senior executives, and other stakeholders.
• Gather data and perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate acquisition viability and valuation.
• Understand our business and surface innovative ideas and opportunities for Lightspeed to consider pursuing.
• Support deal documentation, due diligence, transaction closing and post‑merger integration through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support special projects.
