Johnson & Johnson, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Senior Offer Development Analyst to join its Orthopaedics business.

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines. Primary preference: Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA.

Purpose

The Senior Offer Development Analyst is responsible for developing offers—including products, pricing, compliance requirements, and financial terms— for customers within Orthopaedics. They collaborate with Field Sales, Account Management, Contract Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Health Care Compliance, Government Compliance, and other partners to create appropriate offers and scenarios that serve customers and uphold business strategies.

Following the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business, employment will be governed by DePuy Synthes.
