Senior Commercial Specialist – Buildings Division

Reporting functionally to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with project leadership and provide contractual, financial, and commercial leadership to project teams during execution. The role manages all contractual and commercial aspects of assigned projects, typically supporting projects with annual revenues exceeding $25M, and mentors commercial coordinators to ensure disciplined contract administration and strong commercial performance.
