Senior Analyst - Billing

Job Description

Purpose

The Billing Analyst is expected to deliver operational and control excellence by performing 3rd party and IG billing and reconciliation activities for US Midstream covering Pipeline and Distribution business areas. High degree of diligence is required to ensure accurate financial reporting and sound working capital. This role would involve a regular connection with Project Managers and other FO teams.

Accountabilities

The role will have a mix of deliverables primarily covering invoice billing and balance sheet reconciliation and reporting to ensure that business transactions are accounted for in compliance with Shell and external accounting guidelines. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Timely and accurate posting of billing invoices for US Midstream
• Timely and accurate posting of miscellaneous accruals (as needed)
