Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, Organization Design & Operating Model (Madrid)

Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on the Client Focus path within BCG's People and Organization (POP) Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team to deliver value to clients using your expertise and BCG Vantage assets. You will contribute to cases, proposals, workshops and marketing materials, assisting in client impact and commercialization efforts. The role also involves developing intellectual property, onboarding and training junior colleagues, and reimagining support functions such as Digital Shared Services, HR, Finance, Procurement and IT through AI‑enabled process redesign.

• Deliver value to clients through analysis, insights, and BCG Vantage tools.
