Job Summary

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Accounting Analyst – Joint Ventures, Consolidation & Reporting . The role manages accounting, analysis, and reporting of joint venture (JV) transactions, ensuring compliance with PFRS and internal policies. It supports Controllership (accounting, compliance, reconciliations, and consolidation) and FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis), preparing consolidated reports for management and JV partners, and providing financial insights to support informed decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Controllership and Accounting
• Record and review JV-related transactions in compliance with PFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of JV accounts and ensure intercompany balances are aligned and eliminated during consolidation.
• Prepare journal entries, supporting schedules, and documentation for month‑end close.
