This role is central to our strategy of deploying advanced, intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs)/chatbots across key industry verticals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of specific industries, a strong grasp of business operations, and the technical fluency to leverage our Agentic AI platform to build market-leading solutions.
You will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching IVAs that address the most critical, high-value use cases within chosen verticals, turning complex industry challenges into intuitive, generalized AI solutions.
