Senior AI Product Design Lead

Deel is looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer based in Chubut, Argentina, to lead the design vision for its AI vertical. This role focuses on defining how intelligence is integrated across the platform, encompassing aspects such as conversational AI, agent-driven workflows, and intelligent automation.

You will oversee end-to-end design strategies for various AI products, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure cohesive and innovative experiences. Leadership over a growing design team and collaboration with key stakeholders will be key components of this role.
