Senior AI Platform Engineer (Remote)

Caseware in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the design and evolution of our AI platform architecture. You will shape scalable, secure, multi-tenant cloud services and collaborate with product, QA, security, and SMEs to deliver business value.

You’ll build and operate AI systems powered by LLMs and retrieval pipelines, implement governance and guardrails, and drive reliability, observability, and cost efficiency in production.
