Senior AI Governance Manager 80%-100% (f/m/d)

As Senior AI Governance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and embedding group-wide AI governance standards across the organisation. Working within the Center of Excellence Data & AI, you will lead AI governance topics, AI frameworks and cross‑functional initiatives without direct line management responsibility. You will collaborate closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, legal and data teams to enable responsible, compliant and effective use of Artificial Intelligence in a banking environment.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the group‑wide AI governance framework, including policies, standards, controls and guidance.
