Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS cloud services . This role requires close collaboration with architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing AI solutions for large enterprise environments.
