Requirements:- Must-have:
- 3+ years Typescript
- Proven production-level experience with LLM integration
- In-depth understanding of retrieval-augmented generation & context engineering
- Experience with AI and agentic frameworks (AI SDK or similar)
- Strong backend skills: database design, micro-service architectures, infrastructure
- Comfort building in early-stage product environments
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with tax or accounting context (chart of accounts, P&L structure)
- Experience with document parsing (PDFs, OCR, table extraction)
- Experience in model training
- Agentic Workflow Engine: autonomous, multi-step workflows for tax processes (documents, deadlines, client communication)
