Senior AI & Data Science Lead: AI for HR & Payroll

BIPO (Asia) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior AI & Data Science Lead to build our AI product suite from the model layer up. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focusing on prototyping with LLMs, evaluating systems, and shipping AI features across our payroll, HR surfaces, and analytics.

The role splits ~70/30 between technical execution and product leadership: architect AI roadmap, balance build-vs-buy, mentor engineers, and align with senior leadership across APAC markets.
