Senior AI Backend Engineer — Remote (LATAM)

Encora is seeking a Senior AI Backend Engineer to build and maintain the production backend for a Voice-to-Action AI pipeline. This role requires strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and distributed systems. Successful candidates will have over 7 years of experience and a proven track record of deploying production systems on cloud platforms.
