Pay at Intact is about much more than just salary. The compensation package includes a pay structure based on experience, skills and contribution, a salary range of 128,300 to 156,800 per year for a 35‑hour workweek, an annual bonus target of 15% with the potential to double the target depending on performance, and an Employee Share Purchase Plan with Intact matching 50% of net shares. Additional benefits include flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work model, the option to purchase up to 5 extra days off per year, a Wellness account, telemedicine, and a share plan that offers up to 12% of salary or more.
