Senior Agile Delivery Lead

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a delivery‑focused leader to steer end‑to‑end software and digital platform projects. You will own Agile delivery processes, serve as Scrum Master when needed, and coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear backlog.
