Senior Agile Coach: Transform & Elevate Teams

Bosch México is seeking an Agile Coach to act as a servant leader and change agent within the organization. The role involves enabling teams and leaders to adopt and continuously improve agile methodologies, focusing on delivering greater customer and business value.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in coaching agile teams, strong knowledge of Disciplined Agile, and expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Flexibility to work across Americas and India time zones is essential.
