We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Advisor to join the team at our Woodie Woodie Mine Site, situated 407kms south - east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara. To support the implementation of new equipment and systems planned for 2026, an additional Senior Training Advisor role is required. The role will work B2B with the existing Senior Advisor, who will revert to a sustainable 7/7 roster. Increased span of control across Training Advisors, combined with growing system complexity, necessitates additional senior oversight to effectively implement change, uplift capability, and improve training performance and compliance.
Reporting to the Superintendent, the successful applicant will be required to:
- Coordinate training activities of the Training Advisors to meet the training needs of the site and departments
- Provide SME advice across Processing and Open Pit training processes
