Responsibilities
- Assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery
- Coach and mentor employees
- Lead development projects and strategic initiatives
- Make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects
- Coordinate and interact with stakeholders in many other fields
- Advise clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects
- Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs
- Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Represent unit before decision-making bodies
- Identify and implement strategies linked to the development or launching of new tools
- Review regulatory compliance in the application of credits
