As a Senior Advisor, Integration Modeling and Economics, you will play a key role in assessing economic impacts, modeling scenarios, tracking value, and supporting decision‑making in mergers, acquisitions and HR integration initiatives. Mergers, acquisitions and integrations (MAI) are at the core of iA Financial Group’s growth strategy, and the HR MAI function supports the human, cultural, technological and operational integration of acquired entities while ensuring consistency of HR practices, compliance, and the quality of the integration experience.
