Your Role

As a Senior Advisor, you will provide guidance and advisory services on Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract models and Lean Project Delivery Systems, working with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to implement these models.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to assess and support readiness for IPD engagement through education and process improvement guidance during early Pre‑Validation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, education, and Lean & IPD workshops in preparation for delivery team engagement.
• Assist the client in finalizing their business case, value proposition, and gathering initial owners Conditions of Satisfaction.
