Senior Advisor Associate – responsible for providing a very high level of back‑office processing support to IPC Advisors and ensuring accurate, efficient service for internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as a delegate for the Team Manager, assuming leadership responsibilities and decision‑making authority during their absence.
- Oversee and manage team workload volumes, balanced workload distribution and adherence to performance targets.
- Provide leadership support by motivating team members, identifying opportunities for training, development and quality improvement.
