Key Responsibilities:
- Lead actuarial analysis, modelling, and reporting to support strategic business objectives.
- Drive the development, enhancement, and validation of actuarial models and methodologies.
- Partner with business, finance, risk, product, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage emerging risks.
- Oversee pricing, valuation, capital modelling, and risk management initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify key trends, and recommend strategic interventions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop actuarial talent while fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
