About the Role

HUB International’s Alternative Risk Solutions practice is hiring a Senior Actuarial Consultant to lead captive advisory, broking, and quantitative risk analysis engagements. This senior consulting role includes team leadership: you will own complex analytical deliverables and market‑facing activities end‑to‑end, mentor junior analysts, and translate captive economics and risk financing alternatives into clear strategic guidance for C‑suite, risk management, and board audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead captive feasibility, optimization, and Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) studies across single‑parent, group, and cell captive structures, including domicile comparison across onshore and offshore jurisdictions.
• Manage end‑to‑end captive program placement: prepare submissions to fronting insurers, negotiate pricing, terms, and collateral arrangements (LOCs, trusts, parental guarantees), and obtain conventional market declinations where...
