Our Surrey based real estate client is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team.
**Competitive salary in the $70,000 - $80,000 range**
This role is responsible for overseeing accounts receivable functions across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely rent collection, accurate tenant account management, and strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for a portfolio of commercial properties
* Process and monitor tenant rent payments, additional rent, CAM recoveries, and other charges
* Review and reconcile tenant ledgers and investigate discrepancies
* Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate collection efforts
* Prepare and issue notices related to arrears, outstanding balances, and payment arrangements
