ABOUT THE ROLE
There is a requirement for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team, reporting to the Management Accountant. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts payable in a high-volume environment.
DUTIES
- Review, verify, and process high-volume invoices, including allocations against receipted purchase orders
- Resolve discrepancies via Supply Chain liaison on PO/supplier issues and statement follow-ups
- Perform weekly AP reconciliations, payments, supplier management, and employee reimbursements/expense claims
