Responsibilities
- Assist clients in their daily finance operations work, for example, recording of investments made, processing of payments etc.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and as per client requirements
- Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Coordinate audit / tax matters, liaise with auditors, tax agents respond to audit / tax queries, and prepare required financial documentation
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by management
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SFRS.
