Job Description: Senior Accountant – Net Suite (US Accounting)

Location: (Pune) Remote

Experience: 4–8 years

Qualification: CA / Big 4 / Corporate Accounting background

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

Own day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, including cash application, collections, customer account maintenance, and account reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate recording of incoming payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks. Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables. Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, chargebacks, and customer disputes. Maintain accurate customer master data and payment records. Prepare AR reconciliations and support month-end close activities. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve customer payment issues and improve collections performance.
