Senior Accounting Manager - Real Estate SPVs & Reporting

GRC IM is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to enhance the financial control and reporting function across its group in Madrid, Spain. This role involves accounting oversight, reporting, tax coordination, and financing support, focusing on compliance with Spanish GAAP and the management of complex real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will oversee the accounting of multiple entities, manage daily accounting activities, ensure timely financial reporting, and act as a point of contact for external auditors. Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting or Finance and extensive experience in a similar role.
