Senior Accounting Executive

We are a growing Singapore-based e-commerce firm and are looking for a senior Finance & Admin Executive to manage full set account in-house, support internal finance operations, and provide limited administrative support to the business. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore.

• Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments and bank reconciliations.
• Handle invoicing, SOA, aging reports, collections follow-up, and supplier payments.
• Reconcile e-commerce sales, marketplace settlements (e.g. Amazon, Shopee, etc.) and related transactions.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, and prepare monthly management accounts with supporting schedules.
• Prepare annual standalone financial statements and consolidated financial statements and supporting consolidation schedules where applicable.
