Job Summary
This is a rare seat where you actually get to rebuild the work, not just keep it running. You will take full ownership of a complex, high-volume accounts payable function and a manual finance process that is wide open for automation. You will work closely with FP&A, IT, inventory, and cross‑functional teams, and you will be given room to reshape how the work gets done. The person who last held this seat was promoted into the Controller role, and there is a proven path up.
Responsibilities
- Lead month‑end close for a high‑volume retail and e‑commerce business, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and timely, accurate reporting.
- Take full ownership of accounts payable.
- Support the Controller with day‑to‑day accounting and cash management.
