Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis
- Oversee accounts payable, disbursements, reimbursements, and expense management
- Handle finance offshore processes such as fund transfers and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial accounts, schedules, journals, and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit requests
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all assigned processes
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and support business reviews with relevant insights
- Resolve system and process queries, supporting global teams as needed
- Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Participate in remote knowledge transfer and support standardization across countries
