This is a newly created senior role responsible for owning the month-end process across the firm's clients — reconciling accounts, producing client reports, and managing statutory obligations.
The mission is for this person to become the reliable backbone of month-end delivery: taking the processing off the Director's plate, and creating the capacity for the firm to take on more clients. As the business grows, this role grows into more advisory and potentially management.
This is a new part of a new business. The employee would ideally learn the role in detail and then as the business size increases, grows into a role of checking and overseeing the work of others.
Key Role Activities
- Owning the Month End process for assigned clients end to end
- Prepare data for handover to tax account to prepare annual data (having AU experience in business services/tax will be highly useful for this)
