What will you do in this role? Oversee and execute the full accounting cycle (reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries). Prepare financial closings and key reports for management. Ensure compliance with Mexican tax and accounting regulations. Conduct financial analysis and prepare strategic reports. Mentor and support junior accountants Identify and implement improvements to optimize accounting and financial processes. Requirements: 5 years of experience in general accounting, financial closing, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of taxes and payroll.
