Senior Accountant – Revenue & Billing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts, flight logs, fuel supply, handling services, and aviation services.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per contracts and company policies.
- Verify billing documents and operational data before invoicing.
- Maintain billing schedules and ensure timely client invoicing.
- Handle billing adjustments, credit notes, and client disputes.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for billing accuracy.
- Monitor customer accounts, outstanding receivables, and payment collections.
- Prepare aging reports, receivable summaries, and reconcile customer accounts.
