Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing
• Manage cash flow budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Prepare VAT returns and tax filings
• Analyze financial data and support management decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
