Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Perform reconciliations (bank, debtors, creditors, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries
- Assist with VAT, PAYE, and other statutory submissions
- Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors when required
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assist senior accountants with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed
