Senior Accountant

One of our clients, Gnxcor, is seeking a Senior Accountant to serve as the financial backbone of their growing Canadian and U.S. operations. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers—you will own the full accounting cycle, navigate the nuances of cross-border tax compliance, and streamline our financial processes to support our next phase of growth.

What You'll Contribute to Our Team:

Bookkeeping & Financial Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both Canadian and U.S. entities in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts monthly.
• Manage the full accounting cycle: AP, AR, payroll journal entries, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close.
• Prepare and post journal entries including intercompany transfers, accruals, and adjusting entries.
