Senior Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: As this is a hybrid role, this will cover both Senior Account Manager and people responsibilities:

Job Requirement/Specification

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or any business related field

Experience: 4-6 years Sales & Marketing experience

Others

• Strong technical understanding of bakery ingredients (enzymes, emulsifiers, improvers, flavor systems, functional ingredients, etc.) and their applications,
• Proven ability to develop and grow key accounts, deliver sales targets, and expand market share.
• Strong business development skills: ability to identify new opportunities, build pipelines, and convert prospects
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial solutions for customers.
• Analytical and strategic mindset; able to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM too...
