The Senior Account Manager is responsible for taking care of business treasure: existing customers. They are focused in strategically retain and grow revenue and services through Element’s service offering. Also, they must be curious enough to demonstrate expertise in the marketplace to uncover opportunities locally and globally.
In partnership with internal customer teams they are responsible for continuously identifying cost savings projects, growth opportunities and enhance performance that are in line with client practices and objectives.
