Account Management: Manage key accounts generating $10M+ in annual revenue by developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior management and key decision makers. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new equipment and aftermarket sales within Oil Sands, Hard Rock Mining, and Comminution sectors. Technical Expertise: Apply an enhanced technical understanding of Weir’s product portfolio including design, installation, operation, and maintenance to support customer needs and exceed sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with Field Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering, and Sales teams to convert every revenue opportunity and provide technical and aftermarket support.
