About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN & EAL Specialist to join our small, dynamic school community. This role is pivotal in ensuring that students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL) receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially.
The successful candidate will work in parallel with the School Counsellor in terms of seniority, forming part of a collaborative inclusion team. While the Counsellor leads on wellbeing and safeguarding, the SEN & EAL Specialist will take the lead on instructional support for SEN and EAL students, including planning, delivering interventions, and coordinating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). ...
