Semiconductor Test & Die Sorting Technician

I-LINK MANPOWER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is hiring a diploma-trained technician to join our Fab operations in Singapore.

You will perform wafer and die testing on respective platforms according to the schedule, and carry out die sorting on the sorting platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a clean room environment. This role emphasizes adherence to 6S standards, reading English labels, and using Windows and Office tools for reporting.
