Semiconductor Process Technician – R&D & Packaging

Corestaff Pte Ltd seeks a technically skilled technician to join its growing semiconductor R&D team supporting advanced packaging development in a cleanroom environment.

You will operate and support equipment across lithography, wet and dry processes, coating and metrology, perform basic defect analysis, maintain logs, and collaborate with engineers to improve process stability and yield.
