Semicon Lithography Process Senior Engineer /Principal Engineer

Summary

Lead the development and optimization of photolithography processes. Responsible for driving yield improvement, cost reduction, process robustness, and technology transfers across global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Optimize lithography processes (PI, PR, PSPI) and manage photolithography equipment.
• Drive yield, quality, throughput, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Lead process transfers, NPI activities, and material/equipment qualifications.
• Perform DOE, root cause analysis, SPC, and FMEA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of photolithography experience, preferably in eWLB, WLP, or FO-PLP.
• Strong knowledge of lithography tools, process optimization, and statistical analysis.
