SEMH Teaching Assistant — Secondary Path to Permanent

Randstad Education is seeking dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants in Horley to support secondary students facing barriers due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. This role involves working one-on-one and in small groups to help students develop essential skills and behaviors.

The position offers a clear temp-to-perm pathway into a permanent contract, with a salary of £22,000-£23,000 per annum after 12 weeks of agency pay between £93-£100 per day.
