Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Lazada in‑house proprietary seller AI chatbot product
- Apply data analysis techniques to analyze logs and user feedback to improve resolution rate and seller satisfaction of AI products
- Develop and maintain operational processes for all requirements and enhancements
- Use project management methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring and control
- Convert seller insight into business action plan
- Collaborate with Seller Experience team to gather new requirements and refine business requirements for new/existing domain enhancements
- Connect technology, products, operations and other teams to drive business change
Job Requirements
